About us
Luciana is a British politician and campaigner. She was the Member of Parliament for Liverpool Wavertree (2010-19) and served in several shadow ministerial roles, including as the UK’s first Shadow Minister for Mental Health.
Outside Parliament, Luciana has held senior executive and non-executive roles and appears frequently in the media. She was appointed to the House of Lords in 2025.
Dec is a British stand up comedy director, teacher and coach. As a teacher and coach dec has worked with students who’ve starred in major Hollywood films (Ritu Arya, David Casteneda, Arthur Conti amongst others), won Britain’s Got Talent (Viggo Venn), So You Think You’re Funny (Joshua Bethania) and worked on TED and TEDx presentations. He has also coached founders of leading global hedge funds, partners at major law firms, TV presenters, politicians & entrepreneurs
As a stand-up comedy director Dec has directed shows that have won the Best Newcomer prize at the Edinburgh Fringe (Lara Ricote and Sofie Hagen), won the main prize at the Leicester Comedy Festival (Stuart Goldsmith) and been turned into BAFTA winning TV shows (Mawaan Rizwan’s Juice for which Mawaan won the best comedy actor BAFTA)
